1. Go to Vinterskog Woods.
2. Kill 3 Scavenging Wendigo.

Tier 2

1. Go to Red's Bait and Tackle.
2. Kill the Terrible Wendigo.
   • The Terrible Wendigo no longer spawns, where the green cross on the map indicates. It now appears across from the Council of Venice vendors, on the other side of the street, by the seaside.
