Steps

Tier 1

1. Go to the ruins of the Roman bath.
2. Examine the dried out water basin.

Tier 2

1. Investigate deeper into the ruins.
2. Find and examine an intact water basin.
3. Summon and destroy thirsting shades. (3 of them)

Tier 3

1. Investigate further into the ruins.
2. Destroy a metamorphosing shade.
   • Attack a Deus Sol Invictus Ritualist, then eventually the Shade from Beyond will attack.

Tier 4

1. Enter the great bath ruins.
2. Summon and kill the evil presence of the baths.

Notes

• The last step where the mission boss is to be triggered can easily be bugged, and most likely is if you don't do the mission fairly quickly after a server reset.
