Steps

Tier 1

1. Pick up the flask.
2. Destroy 6 wisps to collect their essences.

Tier 2

1. Search the Academy for information.

Tier 3

1. Combine the wisp essence with an alchemic catalyst.
   • 2nd floor, at the location the map shows.
2. Test the mixture on a spectre.
   • Right click the [Volatile essence flask] while targeting a spectre.
3. Destroy the Spectral Wisp.
